Notes: The same setting of type as Beaufort.US.1.2 (New York) and Beaufort.US.1.3 (Philadelphia). Indeed even the title pages are the same setting of type except for the imprint.

The book was set from Beaufort.1 (1775) rather than Beaufort.2 (1788). On K3r(197) of the 1775 edition, the odds of winning a billiards match at the score of eight-love are given as 5-1. On S1r(205) of the 1788 edition, they are given as 6-1. On S1r(193) of the American editions they are given as 5-1

Some copies have page 38 misprinted as 83 or 48 misprinted as 84.
