Notes: A reprinting of the same text as Cotton.1. Indeed, the type must have been set from that book. Notice that in both books, Piquet is the only game where the drop title lacks a line break after the word "THE".

The conjugacy of the preliminaries and of the final gathering is not clear from the copies I have seen.
