Notes: It is unlikely that this book was ever issued without Whist.D.4 and copies survive only in various compilations of The Polite Gamester. Quadrille.D.2* advertises Memory.D.2* as a separate publication for 3d., but that advertisement is almost certainly inaccurate.

The OCl copy is particularly unusual in that it contains all the parts of the 1745 Polite Gamester but with this 1751 edition of Memory and the 1751 Exshaw edition of the treatise on Brag.
