Notes: This book, surviving in a single copy, is almost certainly a piracy. It is an octavo in fours while all of the genuine Osborne editions are duodecimos. It lacks the Advertisement and To the Reader cautioning agaist piracy. It is not autographed by Hoyle, nor by Osborne, as were the contemporary authorized editions. There are no ornaments in the book which would faciliate identification of the printer.
